Despite the differences—and background resentment of how fucking wealthy and entitled the student body is at times—you find yourself mostly okay with Seungmin. Due to seating arrangements in biology class, he winds up being your lab partner and by proxy, your study partner as well. Kind and intelligent, he’s better than a lot of your previous group members. He pulls his own weight and is punctual with the lab reports, so he gets your stamp of approval, though his privilege does show with the occasional out of touch with reality comments. No, not everybody has a family lawyer on retainer. But again, to be fair, 99% of the students do, so you’re sort of the one who seems out of touch with reality. Their reality.

《 Bang Chan — Your beanie 》
"You want me to give you my beanie?" Chan read out loud in his studio, tilting his head as a smile parted his lips after having read that question on the Vlive chat. "No, sorry" he was quick to say to the camera, a small laugh escaping his mouth. "This is my new favourite beanie! I'm never letting go of it".
A louder laugh made its way out of his lips as he read Stay's reaction to his teasing answer, even though he was not really joking at all.
Chan had come across this beanie one morning at your place, when you refused to put a coat on since it would ruin your outfit, regardless of it being freezing cold outside. He had taken it upon himself to look for something in your closet, and ended up noticing this particular black beanie pretty much forgotten at the back of it.
One look was all it took for him to claim it. You hardly ever wore it anyway, and it went well with his go-to colour palette when it came to clothing — that being black.
It was something he could easily incorporate into his daily outfits, and to carry a piece of you with him while at it.
He had never worn it on a Vlive before, though, and it was fair to say he wasn't expecting people to actually comment on it, since it wasn't very different from any other black beanie he owned. Nevertheless, he could not hide his bright smile the moment it was brought up.
"Where did I get it?" Chan read after a few seconds. "Um… It actually belongs to someone very special to me and I kinda… stole it? So..." he giggled. "I can't really help you, guys, sorry".
He cleared his throat as he began scrolling through the comments.
"I'm still gonna call it my beanie, though".
If you were watching this, he knew you were asking for it back just to annoy him. But he would stick to his word. It was pretty much his by now anyway.
